LECTURER IN BIBLICAL STUDIES
LECTURER IN HISTORICAL THEOLOGY
(For 3 years in the first instance)
Salary Scale: £26,992 - £32,470 per annum
Union Theological College is the denominational college of
the Presbyterian Church in Ireland and a constituent college of the Institute
of Theology at Queen’s University, Belfast. The successful applicants will hold
a PhD in a relevant area, have 2 years’ experience of leadership in a Christian
congregation or para-church organisation, a personal Christian faith, and be
committed to working within the Christian ethos and doctrinal framework of the
Presbyterian Church in Ireland. They will contribute to the work of the College
in the training of students for ordained ministry in the Presbyterian Church in
Ireland and be a recognised teacher within the University’s Institute of
Theology. Both posts will commence on 1st September 2016.
