All Nations Personal Development Lecturer/Tutor

All Nations Christian College is world renowned for effective cross-cultural training, equipping men and women involved in Christian missional life and work, locally and globally. We are a growing hub of agencies, contextualising our training tools in multiple languages and developing training hubs across Europe, Asia and Africa.


We are looking for a part time (0.8), qualified tutor in personal development, personal growth, interpersonal skills, pastoral care as well as spiritual formation modules on some of our courses. The successful candidate will have recent, extensive and relevant experience in cross-cultural mission and teaching experience in an academic context together with exellent pastoral skills. This role will provide pastoral care, support and advice for students, and oversee the development and active use of their personal development plans.


In the nature of the role, it is a genuine requirement that the post holder is a committed Christian and fully supports the objectives of the college.

Working conditions
Located: Easneye, Ware, Hertfordshire
Hours of work: Part time (0.8 of full time – 30 hours)
