Training Administrator (Full-Time negotiable)
All Nations Christian College is a mission training college seeking to train and equip men and women for Christian ministry in all parts of the world.
We are now seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, experienced student recruitment and training department administrator for the BA programme.
Role Overview
This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in College/University administration. The role of Training Administrator of the BA course at All Nations needs someone who is able to respond to student enquiries with warmth, speed, discernment and accuracy. Since not all enquiries are factual, prayerful pastoral support of potential and actual students is a significant aspect of the role. The position is important because the post holder will often be the first point of contact for enquirers and applicants and, therefore, represent the College to the outside world. They will be responsible for all administrative tasks related to the undergraduate programme and wider College compliance tasks for which data detail is vital.
The role includes all aspects of the admissions process, administering of student work and marks, using the college virtual learning environment (VLE), supporting academic meetings/committees/boards and taking responsibility for relations with compliance bodies.
The role sits in a friendly team and works closely with the other undergraduate Training Administrator as well as the Programme Director.
